a day in mummy's office...
i brought my tintin to office last week. as both my bosses weren't around, so i felt dat i shud bring matin to work as i wil b alone all d way til 5pm.
oh & i dun hav to wake up as early as 5am so as to send tintin to macpherson!
yeahness, at least.
and so arnd 8am, tintin & mummy alrdy at d lrt. as always, its damn crowded.
but from our station, managed to hav my seat. well of coz, tintin in his pram.
tintin behaved very well, as pple kept staring at him. so he stared back.
dat wud make him forget all bout his crankiness. haha..
i went to grab my breakfast. pardon me, but i cant fast. valid reason ok!
upon reachin d office, too exhausted alrdy. both me & tintin! hehe..
not much to do in d office, i gave tintin his milk milk b4 his nap.

we did it!
aft so many secs/mins/days/weeks of HARD work, we r finally done wif our extreme make over. Of the house. From the rooms, the living & dining area, store & even d kitchen! Wif all those paintings, pasting, removing, shifting, and all sorts of 'ting's, my house is all set for raya!! ALHAMDULILLAH! matin also excited i gez! or maybe its d mummy & daddy! hahahah..
but wait! pics r yet to be up coz i wudnt want to spoil our efforts/hardwork to be showcased b4 d official date! heheh..so sabar menanti laa my bebz! for sure i'll show d pics..bear wif me k!
and so i did promise d husband dat i'll make up for d candlelight iftar & i did! asked husband wat do he want for break fast? his answer made me imagine dat he'll turn to a carnivore soon..
he wanted rib-eye steak. tak puas2 ke dgn swensen dat day..urghhh..
but its ok wif me. so d ever faithful wife & beloved son went to buy d groceries & d steak, of coz. juz need 1/2 hr for d mini shopping.
while husband doing d painting dat day, matin bz sleeping, i did d cooking. rily like hell kitchen as i gotta do d sauce, d chips, d salad & d steak dat husband craves for.
juz merely time to buka, d dining table is set for breaking our fast.
candlelight iftar eh..so romantic laa. husband also very happy.

the yummy entry
finally, i had wat i craved for & it wasnt dissapointing at all! thanks so much again to CT & Diana for d awesome dinner yesterday at BALIthai @ suntec city..if werent for u guys, i can go nuts wif my cravings..ehh, not easy wen u dun get wat u want especially wen ure pregg hor!! nevertheless, all i can say..ALHAMDULILLAH! to dear husband, sorry for not bringing u along..i'll make up for a candlelight iftar..hows dat? romantic tak?!
so met D at city hall mrt. supposing 6.30pm. but, checked. shes late. but its ok. at least matin gotta drink his milk milk..ohh let me say dis, I HATE BOARDING THE TRAIN AFTER 6PM, WITH MANY COMMUTERS & A PRAM!! urghh! oii, matin not included ehh! so me, matin & D proceed to the sooo-langsung-tak-tau-restaurant-tu-kat-mana. thanx to CT for guiding us d way to pusing one BIG round there wen actualy its just to our left upon getting dwn d stairways. thot Ct gonna be late. but turns out, we reached @ d same time..hee haa..
sat down. looked at d menu. if i knew d menu was like dat, wud hav memorise them earlier..hurhurhur! but let CT & D do d decision.

it was so finger & foot licking goooood!! i'm luving it! d verdict: sweet sourish & strong aromatic flavor. it rily marries well wif d fishy spicy sauce. d green mango was superb! it simply lingers arnd my mouth..so syiok!! i'm so gonna hav dis again! but wif d budget..one plate cost $9..

up to date, left 2 more weekends to finish up evrything!
meaning painting matin's room & dining area, the store, the kitchen & some minor2 things like vacuum & mopping. urgh..tired liao..but i'm eager to make my house dat dream house.
fantasy? nope. reality. hopefully.
how's fasting month pple? for me, a lil bit diff coz matin around! yeah! sibuk org buka, sibuk dia nak buka! cuteness! so now i'm a proud mum & a proud weekend cook! haha..coz weekend je i afford to cook..weekdays dinner @ odi's mum.
so, wats d menu like dis weekend eh? i'm gonna try chilli crayfish & mango salad..hmm they both sure compliment each other..maybe blend some watermelon juice & den followed by dessert..wat shud dessert be eh? i'll think of it.

yeahh..we've done wif d master. nice! alhamdulillah..we'll be painting d living rm & d dining area.
Followed by matin's lil space, his room! but i gez we need 2wks to finish all d painting. its ok.
we'll manage. for now, we do it slowly & nicely. not ez to paint thou. but i am soooo looking forward to buying d flowers! soon. very soon. maybe dis weekend. cant go on wkdays. sob..sob..

many things to do dis weekend. will be a tiresome one. but rily looking forward to it. Y?
coz odi & me gonna do a major make over to our crib! yeahh!! dis tym round wif matin. how wud d mess be eh? sure berserak punya..tee hee.. gonna start painting our rm, den matin's, den d living rm & followed by dining area. color? my bad for not telling u guys! hehe..
but definitely we cant finish evryting in juz 2days! we'll do step by step, at our own pace but due date wud be on 26sept, friday. dat date was set coz we dun want last min touchup & dis year we want d malam raya to be a relaxing one. taknak rushing. insyaAllah..

dis life.
went to d checkup yesterday. alhamdulillah all went well. baby coming to 5th month. syukur alhamdulillah. dunno d gender yet. but as long as baby & me sihat, dat only matters for now.i cud say dat dis tym my pregnancy not so fussy. but cant predict yet coz during matin, d 7th to 8th month, still vomittin, so betta dun assume. dis tym, i'm not lethargic & appetite damn good. i like!! but so sleepy i can say coz yelah, wif matin arnd @ home, i gotta be by his side at all times & even at nite, tgh tido pun kena tgk2 dia..i'm not complaining!! i love doing all dis mommy's stuff aitez! ahhh..as long as my family is having great time wif each other & as long as our love stays strong, i'm very happy. wen my family is happy, i'm definitely d happiest!
so yesterday aft KKH, we went to fetch odi's mum to celebrate her bifday. well, i tag along..yeah..so wan being d driver we head to geylang for lunch. food so-so ahh to me. den shop for raya stuffs..again! yeah i know..shopping je dis few days..hav to mah..dis tym dun want to rush grab things during puasa like last year. so dis year make an early move. very early.
den aft so & so, ody & me wif matin too, went to IKEA! AGAIN. hee..we took d barang dat we ordered for raya so SELF COLLECT. odi wont want to waste 70bucks juz like dat for d transportatn & "free giftaway" to IKEA..haha! so he d hero, carried all d loads all by himself.
me? i cant help it coz gotta look aft matin & my tummy! good reason huh!
reach home. whoa..damn heavy sia d stuffs. wat stuffs? wait til raya k! hehe..
so wif dis opportunity, i wanna say THOUSAND APOLOGIES TO CT!!! for not being able to hav d dinner date together.. sooooo very sorry beb! i promise will make it up k! definitely.
well aft all dat, we went to meet odi's mom again & d rest of his family for durian feast. i know being pregg u cant eat those lovely thorny fruit but cant help it..thing is i cant stand d smell during preggy days but cant resist eating it. manage to eat 3 pieces only. not much compared to d tym during matin's, 2 whole durians! till down wif bad cough & fever! hahaha! so preggers, jgn mkn durian bnyk2. its true bout d myths bout eating durian while pregg..so now, its not a myth, its a fact!!
4days til puasa...can i afford to fast?? well, like i said b4, i'll try my very best. insyaallah.
for now, i wanna enjoy all food b4 they keep them during puasa. heh.

d weekend was simply fantastic.

last sat ody & i decided to watch d fireworks but due to d wet weather, which i dun fancy if were to bring matin out coz pity matin nanti tak dpt enjoy himself, so d 3 of us went to IKEA! looked for raya stuffs. both ody & me shop & shop till we didnt realize matin been sleeping in his pram! chehh..but bonus for us lah coz we get to move & shop arnd w/o matin being cranky..
but even his crankiness was there, dat wudnt hav stopped me from d SHOPPING! definitely. i'm happy & satisfied but not fully satisfied coz there r a lil bit more to grab but didnt manage to as we reached IKEA @ 8.30pm. so aft 1 1/2hr, we got to rush to choa chu kang to take matin's baby car seat. den d angry stomach grumbles. hungry symptoms.
so d beloved husband of mine treat me to SWENSENS!!! yeah! rily wanna gobble up d crayfish pasta BUT, juz my day.
upon reaching T2 @ 10.45pm, d Q was expectedly looooooong but our waiting wasnt dat bad. and so, we sat down. looked thru d menu. no sign of crayfish pasta. i flipped d menu again. confirmed.
so as not to be so confident, i called for d staff, and asked, and...
she replied, "sorry m'dm dis is d supper menu. crayfish pasta is on d dinner menu."
Meaning: DINNER WAS OVER. SO NO CRAYFISH PASTA.
Uuuurrggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!
Ody was looking at me, guilty. but dis very understanding wife was so understanding dat she put all anger/egos behind her back, far far away.
Me: "Its ok, dear. As long as theres pasta, i'm not all fussy ok."
Him: "So sorry dear.."
Me: (Held his hands so as not to let him feel uneasy. But honestly i was waiting for him to say "I'll bring u for dinner here,again, next time k?!" My waiting was a failure. Geez.
So, instead of this..

received an email from a corporate company to ask d members to write their POV on the issues spread by our PM regarding maternity leave extended from 12wks to 16wks. ask us whether d 4mths leave given to new moms would be an issue to d companies involved.

ramadan is here..soon!
dats it! i'm gonna blog as frequent & as often as i can..my fingers can go rily fast..not dat i dun hav anything to do in d office, i do hokay?! let juz say..dat i can finish them on time. dun wery.
for now is august, coming soon in fortnites tym, will be september! the ikat-perut month! haha!

dis the very day dat i look forward to..FRIDAY! of coz, its d end of weekdays, no more work for next 2 days..meaning i'm spending time wif my tintin! well hes been plc at my in-law while me & ody off to work..so u see, evry monday til friday, by 6.30am, d daddy sent me & tintin to macpherson..
early rite? lagi si matin early riser..5am eyes very big & round alrdy..sian me..den aft work go back fetch matin but gotta wait for ody to arrive as our car is d weekend one so only aft se7en ody can cabut..but definitely we wont want to be a weekend parent eh! its ok for the tiring schedule, i'm all out for d sake of my tintin..same goes to ody..insyaallah, we'll stay strong as long as we can..

i think now musim kahwin-kahwin. maybe. one by one my gd frens,best frens,close frens,old frens & girlfrens settled dwn. jangkit agaknye..heh..tapi kahwin best. lagi best kalau tak kahwin. no,not me quoting dat ok! those who still single & mingles. but dunno eh.
to me once ure married, its d commitment dats heavier than singles. its all bout communication & financially stable. if u dun communicate, how to get along? if ure not financially stable, trust me, disputes evryday punya..sape dah kahwin dorang faham. in short, if u wanna get married, go ahead. if u dun want, den dun. not easy u know to hold on to a marriage.
if u used to have 100% patience in life, u need to have 300% patience wen u got married. hmm...i went thru it so i said it lah..wanna share more bout marriage?? i'm on. but not now. later, later k!
